Prepares Internal Audit Schedules, assisting with Internal Audits and Audit Result.
Identification of Gaps, Develop action plan under the guidelines and procedures of all the departments.
Facilitate conduct of meeting on NABH process.
To Deliver service improvement activity across the hospital through new process and strategies., To actively monitor the existing process to meet the Goal.
Recommends quality Tools and techniques to be used in measuring the Hospital Quality performance and variations and solving quality problems.
Reviews Non- conformances, Corrective actions, Observations and Patient Complaints for Respective trends, recommendations for changes and/or process.
Actively Supports and participates in quality Management Procedures, Company standing Instruction and company Work Instructions.
Strengthen of Hospital MIS, KPI and report actions taken.
Ensure Hospital committee meetings are held, and tasks assigned.
Coordinate and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
To conduct meetings, training as per Vice President Operations Instructions.
Improve processes and policies to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
To look after the day to day operation of the hospital and carry out tasks assigned by management, To attend meeting with the leaders of the medical staff, management, vendors, prospective hires, supervisors, the hospitals boards, etc.
